My current role is to manage the execution of the advertising campaigns for a major account (Carrefour Fidelity Program 800K €).
Interface between the client, the advertising agencies and the functional departments within the Group.
Responsibilities include managing the agency resources in our creative studio, production and art-buying on the client’s behalf.

This represents scheduling, coordination and supervising delivery of campaigns that are on-time and on-budget while the client‘s expectations are met and project standards are ensured.

Took part in the launch of the French subsidiary and its website. Constructed the digital products range (11% of the turnover), followed-up on sales, built relationship and negotiated with the manufacturers. Collected information on the market in order to produce sector-related reports.

Responsible for the management of inventory, particularly setting ideal stock level, overseeing product intake, managing the allocation of stock and ensuring stock-file accuracy. This position involved development of relations with key supply chain teams to ensure that suitable priority and focus were attained.
