To assembly and provide an innovative solutions in the Leisure craft domain for motor boats shorter than six meters market segment.
I’ve done my own market study to define the business model and describe my project plan. During the research and development phase, I built a first prototype to validate the concept and to convince complementary business and technical partners. Then building with them a second prototype to test on real conditions, I have applied some corrections to this prototype which is now ready to become a pre-serial model for homologations. Now I’m registering a European patent to protect my invention.

Third employee hired by the N.E.T. Europe SAS (French subsidiary of net.com Inc), I’ve been an active part of its creation in 1990. Working technical pre-sales operations over the EMEA territory, here are the missions I was in charge of:

• Technical Pre/Post sales single point of contact for France Telecom, carriers and distribution channels follow up ,
• RFP/RFI answers, directly or supporting distribution channels, for voice, data, images over IP, MPLS, ATM, xDSL, Frame Relay TDM multimedia networks,
• Network design (Backbone and/or distribution network for carriers, enterprises VPN, based on SHOUTip, SCreaM, and Promina/IDNX products,
• Customer feedback to appropriate teams within net.com, (development, marketing, manufacturing)
• Project management : from the network design to the commissioning and up to the service contracts renewal for international network over EMEA, North America and Asia
• Technical and sales training for, carriers, distributors et clients technical and sales engineers, regarding products, network design and sales training ,
• Service contracts description and trace their execution procedures,

 Travelled 50% of my time throughout EMEA countries & US, to design and sell networking projects in cooperation with local IBM and Ericsson teams.

I managed 20 Field service and TAC engineers to install, maintain and control the multi-national private Enterprise data network over EMEA and North and South America (2x8 shift / day and 6 days/week)
 20 TDM backbone nodes (E1 and E3 trunks)
 1200 leased line (SNA, X25, IP)
 600 FEP output for 2 000 clusters and around 20 000 end users
 10 Concentrators X25

I was in charge to:
 optimize the network resources and migrate the legacy applications to new network technologies.(From Voice and data leased line to TDM, X25),
 dimension and define the telecom specifications for the Informatics Backup Center including automatic remote monitoring (Dark center)
 write the RFPs and select the product and service providers after bench tests
 coordinate and plan the installations and commissioning from different service providers and carriers
