Technical and Project leader on several international and innovative projects for Sogeti High Tech, Capgemini group.

MY MISSIONS:
- Bring relevant information on content feasibility, cost, delivery date, quality and progress status of the development deliverables of the project I am in charge of.
- Ensure the management, coordination, follow up and/or field support of all R&D activities related to my projects.
- Responsible for the R&D development plan building with my managers.
- Manage the R&D activities with follow up of content, quality, planning, shop cost, risks, approvals, budget cost, priorities. - Special care is taken to ensure inter-project coordination and update & maintain the R&D medium term roadmap for my projects, ensures coordination with the other project managers, actively propose & participate to the overall project management improvement activities.
- Ensure consistency of technical solutions and architectures within a development/qualification team or group, dedicated to a component, a technology or a competence activity.
- Report to the Project manager for both Project aspects and Business aspects.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensure technical definition and architecture of a dedicated component, technology or competence activities.
- Ensure technical coordination of my development/qualification team.
- Ensure technical interface with architects (Systems and/or Software) and pre-studies and generally taking an active part in architecture definitions.
- Provide tasks estimations to project managers.
- Propose actions to maintain and develop a high technical expertise in specific project domain (as Unified Process, MDx, SOA, UML, software architecture...).
- Develop contingency plans to deal with unexpected issues and/or problems. React with agility to unplanned events.
- Continuously assess progress status of projects (actual and forecasts); Predict trends.
- Evaluate risks and set up processes for mitigation.
- Conduct post-mortems to learn from past successes and past mistakes.
- Manage change in an effective and efficient way, seeing it as an opportunity.
- Maintain a stable performance under pressure and/or opposition.
- Create an environment that encourages innovation and risk-taking customer focus.
- Develop trust with customers by ensuring that promises are honored.
- Keep customers informed during all project's life.
- Actively seek feedback from customers on project satisfaction.
- Use feedback from customers to improve processes and practices.

CERTIFICATIONS
Certified "UML2 OCUP Professional Advanced" by the Object Management Group (OMG) and especially involved in the Model Driven methodologies (MDA/MDD/MDE/SOA), I am also a consultant for key account customers.

PERSONAL SKILLS
I am also personally involved in the following personal domains :
- Member of the board of directors of the french think tank AUEG (Alliance Université Entreprise de Grenoble).
- Administrator of the french Viadeo Club Business Isère (38).
