Responsible for mock-up creation and mock-up distribution in the different Airbus sites (A-UK, A-D, A-E and A-F) during the beginning of the programmes (UNIX, Windchill, CATIAV5, DVISE tools).
Ensure the consistency and the quality of the mock-ups provided to all end-users (aircraft architect, manufacturing, A-D, A-UK, A-E and A-F designers).
Ensure the coordination between Program engineering and Digital Mock-up Team.
Contribute to launch recovery plan to respect aircraft milestones (aeronautic knowledge).
Participate to the creation of quality gates in order to have a clear status on DMUs.
Participate to the validation and deployment of new tools: DMUServer, DIC, BatmanClash…
Perform review meetings (e.g. mock-up review for Chinese Industrial minister).
Define documents (Word, PowerPoint and excel) to support A350 development.

2004-2005
Zone Integrator for Nose Fuselage on A320 family at Airbus S.A.S. for series phase

Ensure consistency and quality of the mock-ups provided to all end-users (aircraft architect, manufacturing, support, sub-contractor, …).
Ensure the coordination between end-users (Designers, Designers responsible) and Method supports.
Ensure Product consistency between CAD environment (Cadds5 tool) and PDM environment (EPDConnect & GILDA tools).
Coordinate Russian subcontractors activities (data exchange, technical coordination and meetings)
Perform review meetings (e.g. Digital Mock-up reviews between structure and system interior).
Assist operational responsible (structure group leader / system group leader) concerning problems linked to the DMU quality. (Data Basis Access Tool)
Ensure the escalation process regarding DMU anomalies (Clashes, configuration fault, wrong/missing data, etc.).
Ensure that only the DMU methods and processes given by Airbus finds within the design application.

2003-2004
Aircraft Mock-up Integrator on the A380 programs at Airbus S.A.S. for definition phase

Responsible for all official National Companies (NatCo) DMU exchanges with the support of the Data Exchange Team. (CATIAV4, CATIAV5, Cadds5, VPM and EPD Connect tools)
Manage a Product Structure Upper Level to integrate NatCo Data
Manage the received data in order to provide a trans-national DMU to French end-user (Designers, FAL, …).
Ensure consistency and quality of the mock-ups provided to all end-users (aircraft architect, manufacturing, support, sub-contractor, …).
Launch all the data correction actions (DMU Zone Integrator, FAL, …) within each NatCo in order to access to NatCo’s DMU data. (DMU Troubles Tool)
Stimulate the relationship between all NatCo in order to optimise the DMU exchanges.

PDM Engineer (Product Data Management) based on Windchill software at Airbus S.A.S.

Create an application to import/export data from legacy systems (GILDA) to new PDM (PRIMES) based on windchill software.
