Technical director for TMM , I am in charge of all technical processes for leather manufacturing , from raw hides untill finished leather.
In relation with designers , I am developping collections and working with the most famous fashion brands, in France or Italy .
My task is to developp existing business with our customers , and insure the growth of the company by finding and establishing new work relationship with new customers , who are willing to find quality leather manucfacturing , with respect of quality ;

Tannery in Portugal was producing leather , mainly for ECCO Shoe factory , danish international company .
The activity stopped in 2002 and moved to Asia ( Indonesia , Thailand , China )

I was in charge of developpments with big brands in luxe and fashion , and responsible for technical applications in wet end and finishing processes .

I have been in chargeof developing the fashion and leathergoods business, and control all the finishing production .
